Founded by Jack and Jon Scavone, we leverage deep relationships in electrical supply, renewable energy, and construction to deliver high-impact energy solutions for commercial, municipal, and multi-unit residential properties.
We specialize in building electrification, energy conservation, EV charging, solar, and battery storage—often through utility and state programs that require little to no upfront cost. As independent consultants, we match clients with the right contractors and vendors, ensuring upgrades that solve real problems, deliver measurable savings, and help communities transition toward cleaner, more efficient energy systems.
Co-founder Louis (Jack) Scavone brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in executive roles at top electrical supply and renewable energy companies, including CED Greentech and All-Phase Electric. With a background in Electrical Engineering and a proven track record of launching innovative business operations—such as the first electrical distributor warehouse in Connecticut dedicated to solar contractors—Jack is passionate about delivering smart, cost-saving solutions to clients. His hands-on approach, deep industry relationships, and commitment to doing “whatever it takes” define our values.

Jon Scavone, co-founder of J.J. Energy Solutions, brings 16 years of experience in the energy industry, with leadership roles at Signify, Digital Lumens, and Turtle & Hughes. He has been a pioneer in commercial connected lighting, driving energy efficiency and innovation across the value chain—from manufacturers and distributors to commercial and municipal projects.
Known for his transparent, results-driven approach, Jon builds trust by presenting the facts and guiding clients toward cost-saving solutions. His extensive partner network and solution-first mindset ensure J.J. Energy Solutions delivers exactly what clients need, on time and on budget.
